Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F150. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH AND NOTICED THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LED LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE MALFUNCTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000. UPDATED 02/08/12
