TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD LOOSE HORSEPOWER, DRIVE SLUGGISHLY AND WOULD STALL AT ANYTIME. IN ADDITION, A WARNING SYMBOL IN THE SHAPE OF A THUNDER BOLT WOULD ILLUMINATE ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL SPORADICALLY. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 83,000. UPDATED 1/20/2012 *LN THE ELECTRONIC THROOTLE BODY UNIT WAS REPLACED. 01/30/12
