Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDSHIELD WAS DELAMINATING DUE TO THE CONVERTIBLE TOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THEY ADVISED HER THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE CONVERTIBLE TOP. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 38,000. UPDATED 12/02/11*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS A DELAMINATION OF THE REAR WINDOW GLASS FROM THE CANVAS OF THE CONVERTIBLE TOP.
