I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY DRIVER'S SEAT BREAKING DUE TO THE THIN METAL USED IN THE SEAT ASSEMBLY DESCRIBED HERE: NHTSA ACTION NUMBER: PE08065 THE LEFT REAR OF THE SEAT COLLAPSED AND NOW THE SEAT ROCKS BACK AND FORTH WHILE DRIVING.
