Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT LOST STEERING OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A CURVE AND A FENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIE ROD WAS FOUND TO BE FRACTURED AND THE CAUSE OF THE CRASH. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN WAS FRACTURED WHEN THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE CURVE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000.
