Consumer Description
MY WIFE HAS COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR ABOUT SUDDEN ACCELERATION BY HER CAR. I DID NOT PAY MUCH ATTENTION UNTIL SHE HIT A CAR IN A PARKING LOT BECAUSE HER CAR JUMPED FORWARD. NO ONE WAS IN THE OTHER CAR AND MY WIFE WAS NOT HURT. IT HAPPENED AGAIN ABOUT A WEEK AGO SO I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER. THEY MADE SOME SOFTWARE ADJUSTMENTS SUGGESTED BY GENERAL MOTORS INCLUDING ONE THAT READ "ADDRESSING LONG HESITATION/DELAYS OCCURRING WHEN DRIVER COASTS TO AROUND 10MPH AND STEPS INTO AN AGGRESSIVE PEDAL". *TR
