Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM DID NOT WORK AT TIMES ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND THE VEHICLE WOULD SPORADICALLY LOCK ITSELF. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE DOOR HANDLE WAS REPLACED ONCE AND A SOFTWARE UPGRADE WAS PERFORMED TWICE TO NO AVAIL. THE DEALER WAS NOT ABLE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
