Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THE FRONT EXTERIOR DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK OR UNLOCK WITH THE KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY ACTIVATED. BOTH DOORS WERE MANUALLY LOCKED AND UNLOCKED WITH A KEY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO STATED THE DOOR LOCK SENSOR WAS DAMAGED AS A RESULT TO WATER. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THERE WAS NOT A REMEDY FOR THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 3,000.
