Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE AND HAD NOT BEEN DRIVEN FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE IT CAUGHT FIRE. I WAS IN THE BACK YARD WITH MY WIFE WHEN WE HEARD THE EXPLOSION AND WE RAN TO SEE WHAT IT WAS. WHEN I GOT TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY DESTROYED. THE HOOD HAD MELTED AND THE EXPLOSION WAS THE LEFT FRONT TIRE EXPLODING FROM THE HEAT COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CAME AND PUT OUT THE FIRE. THIS WAS A TOTAL LOSS. *KB
