Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 NISSAN TITIAN. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL TIRE SHOP WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THERE WAS A FAILURE IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE RIM WHICH CAUSED THE LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE. THE DEALER THEN REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
