TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 MERCURY MOUNTAINEER. THE CONTACT STATED THE OVERHEAD CONSOLE THAT CONTROLS THE AIR CONDITIONING, THE DOME LIGHTS IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE, AND THE BRACKET HAD SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER NOR MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,995 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
