TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE SHE WAS UNABLE TO SHIFT OUT OF THE PARK POSITION WHICH PREVENTED HER FROM DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 44,000.
