TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 PONTIAC VIBE GT. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN THE KEY WAS PLACED IN THE IGNITION THE KEY WOULD NOT TURN AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START UNTIL THE STEERING WHEEL WAS JERKED BACK AND FORTH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED.
