Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKES SHE WOULD FEEL A VIBRATING SENSATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY ADVISED HER THAT THE ROTORS FAILED AND WOULD NEED REPLACING. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED YET THE FAILURE RECURRED 8,000 MILES LATER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,000.
