Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET AVEO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PEDAL POSITION SENSOR SWITCH FAILED, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT MADE AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT BOTH THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER, BUT NEITHER WERE RESPONSIVE. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,580 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 35,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
