Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING OVER BUMPY ROAD SURFACES, THE FRONT TIRES WOULD SHAKE EXCESSIVELY. IN ORDER TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE DEALER DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 240,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 250,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
