Consumer Description

I WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35 TO 40MPH WHEN THE CAR STARTING ACTING UP. ANYTIME I HAD TO SLOW DOWN AND THEN SPEED UP THE RPM WOULD NOT SHIFT, WHEN IT DID SHIFT IT WOULD JERK THE CAR FORWARD. I ALSO HAVE BEEN HAVING AN ISSUE WHERE I WOULD STEP ON THE GAS AND IT WOULD ACT AS IF IT WAS IN NEUTRAL. THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN AND I FEAR THAT ONE OF THESE TIMES I WILL BE IN AN ACCIDENT WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR. THESE ARE ALL TRANSMISSION ISSUES, I HAVE BROUGHT IT IN TWICE NOW FIRST TIME THEY DID THE TSB WHICH WAS TO RESET THE PCM AND MY AC WASN'T AND STILL IS NOT WORKING. RESETTING THE PCM DID NOT WORK SO NOW BACK IN THE SHOP IT SITS. THIS CAR IS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD AND ALREADY HAS SAFETY ISSUES BEING THE TRANSMISSION. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL BEFORE THERE ARE DEATHS.
