TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO BE REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 01V380000 (SEAT BELTS:FRONT:BUCKLE ASSEMBLY). UPON RECEIVING THE VEHICLE, THE HORN WAS NO LONGER FUNCTIONING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,213. UPDATED 09/01/2011 *LN *TR
