I WENT TO THE HONDA DEALER , I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE AIR BAG MODULE OF MY HONDA ACCORD 2000 . THE AIR BAG OF THIS VEHICLE IS TURNED ON ALL THE TIME . I SHOWED THEM COPY OF THE ODI NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER : 02V080000. THEY CLAIMED THAT I HAVE TO PAY $89.00 TO TEST THE CAR , AND THEN THEY WILL CHECK THE VIN NUMBER. THEY REQUESTED THE LETTER FROM HONDA IN ORDER TO PROCEED. PLEASE ADVISE ME. *TR
