TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 11V107000 (AIR BAGS: FRONTAL: DRIVER SIDE INFLATOR MODULE), THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THERE WAS A WAITING LIST OF EIGHTY CUSTOMERS WHO NEEDED REPAIRS BUT THE PARTS NEEDED WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE AND APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO THE WAITING PERIOD. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
