Consumer Description

2009 DODGE JOURNEY. CONSUMER STATES VEHICLES STALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WOULDN'T RESTART. *TGW THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE, ENGINE AND AIR BAG LIGHTS ILLUMINATED A WEEK AFTER THE DEALER SERVICED THE VEHICLE. *JB THE CONSUMER ASKED THE DEALER IF THERE WERE ANY RELATED RECALL ON THE VEHICLE AND THEY STATED THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY RECALLS. THE CONSUMER STATED TWO DAYS LATER, HE RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER IN THE MAIL. THE CONSUMER STATED HE MAILED THE RECEIPTS IN FOR REIMBURSEMENT, BUT HE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FULL AMOUNT.
