Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THE ROCKER PANEL UNDER THE REAR SLIDING DOORS WAS COMPLETELY RUSTED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A BODY SHOP ASSOCIATED WITH THE MANUFACTURER WHO INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A FOAM USED BY THE MANUFACTURER WHICH CAUSED THE METAL TO RUST ONCE SUSTAINED WITH WATER. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT THIS WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 71,000.
