Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA AND ON 4/5 I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AND MY BRAKES DID NOT STOP THE VEHICLE, I HAD TO USE MY EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP. REPAIR SHOP SAID THAT IT THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS LEAKING BRAKE FLUID AND I ALSO NEEDED NEW FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. I HAD THE CAR FIXED AT MY OWN EXPENSE. TOYOTA HAS A RECALL FOR CERTAIN 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA MASTER CYLINDERS LEAKING HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED TOYOTA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REIMBURSEMENT THEY SAID THAT MY PARTICULAR 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THAT RECALL. LAST YEAR I HAD THE BRAKE LINE LEAKING FLUID X 2 CAUSING MY BRAKES NOT TO WORK. *TR
