Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET HHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INTERIOR DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE WAS FRACTURED. THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO OPEN THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW AND RELEASE THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE IN ORDER TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE DOOR HANDLE WOULD NEED REPLACING BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS AN ONGOING RECURRENCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
