Consumer Description

THIS IS THE PROBLEM THAT I AM HAVING #06V383000 WITH MY 2005 FORD FIVE HUNDRED I TOOK IT TO A DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WAS NOT A FORD RECALL THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN WHEN IT GET EXTREMELY COLD OUT. SOME TIMES I HAVE TO DRIVE TO WORK HOLDING THE DOOR UNTIL THE LATCH CATCHES. ANY AND ALL HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU *TR
