Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. SHE WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AFTER A FEW MINUTES AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE AND ADVISED HER TO HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 34,000.
