Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR CAMERA AND SENSOR FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE MODULE FOR THE BACK UP CAMERA FAILED. THE DEALER CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THE PART FOR REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE AND THEY WERE UNSURE OF WHEN IT WOULD AVAILABLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 39,000. UPDATED 04/05/11*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED. UPDATED 04/25/11
