Consumer Description

WHILE STOPPED IN TRAFFIC, I WAS HIT IN THE REAR END BY ANOTHER VEHICLE DURING NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, BOTH THE DRIVER SEAT AND THE PASSENGER SEAT COLLAPSED, BOTH MYSELF (DRIVER) AND THE PASSENGER RECEIVED NECK, SHOULDER, AND BACK INJURIES. MY VEHICLE RECEIVED HEAVY DAMAGE. A POLICE ACCIDENT REPORT WAS TAKEN. *TR
