Consumer Description

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE STOPPED, THE VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE DURING NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS. THE FRONT SEATS COLLAPSED, AND THE DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND KNEE INJURIES. THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED KNEE INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DEEMED TOTAL, AND A POLICE REPORT WAS TAKEN.
