BRACKET ON THE LEFT SIDE OF DRIVER'S SEAT CRACKED IN HALF. SEAT NOW ROCKS WHEN CAR IS IN MOTION. WHILE DRIVING, THIS IS VERY DISTRACTING/SCARY AND CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THE REPAIR IS ESTIMATED AT $1,000 AND THE DEALER CLAIMS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THIS IS A STRUCTURAL DEFECT AS EVIDENCED BY THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME THING. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL ITEM AND/ OR NISSAN SHOULD WARRANTY THE REPAIR.. *TR
