Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD F-150. WHILE STOPPED WITH THE BRAKES DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY ACCELERATED RESULTING IN A CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT WHEN REVERSING, THE REAR VIEW CAMERA WOULD NOT ALERT HIM THAT HE WAS REVERSING INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER BUT NOT REPAIRED FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 37,000.
