FAILED INSPECTION ON 2006 CADILLAC CTS BECAUSE 3RD LED BRAKELIGHT WAS NOT WORKING FULLY, I STILL HAVE WORKING BRAKE LIGHTS BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET STICKER RELATED TO SAFETY FAILURE IF THIS A SAFETY ISSUE THEN WHY ARE THERE SO MANY OTHER CADILLAC CTS WITH SAME EXACT PROBLEM. AND THE ONLY PLACE TO GET ANOTHER 3RD BRAKE LIGHT IS FRO THE CADILLAC DEALERS FOR $600.00 I THOUGHT CADILLAC WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE LIFE WARRANTIES THIS CAR WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE LIGHT DOES WORK ON ONE SIDE. WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PROBLEM? SHOULDN'T THIS BE A RECALL SINCE THIS IS CONSIDERED A SAFETY ISSUE? *LN
