INVESTIGATION: PE 10-026 DATE OPENED: 07/20/2010 INVESTIGATOR: [XXX] REVIEWER: [XXX] APPROVER: [XXX] SUBJECT: FRONT SUB-FRAME CORROSION FOUND THIS AFTER I HAD MY 2001 WINDSTAR AT THE FORD DEALER AND THEY SHOWED ME THIS PROBLEM MY VAN AT THIS TIME IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE THEY ARE REPLACING THE REAR AXLE FOR A RECALL BUT THE SUBFRAME IS SO RUSTED IT UNSAFE TO DRIVE.
