Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED; THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUND AND HIT A CONCRETE MEDIAN. THE SIDE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT HAD SEVERAL BRUISES. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO TOOK A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000.
