Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN TITAN. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT WHEN IT SNOWED, THE DOOR HANDLE FROZE AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT LATCH AND CLOSE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED WHO WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED AND THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 57,000.
