WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK ERRATICALLY IF AT ALL. THE INTERMITTENT WIPER FUNCTION TIMING IS OFF, IT WILL WIPE TWICE, WAIT A MINUTE, WIPE ONCE, WAIT A MINUTE OR TWO, WIPE FOUR OR FIVE TIME BACK AND FORTH, NO MATTER WHAT THE SPEED SETTING. THE WIPERS WILL ALSO GET STUCK UP OR IN THE MIDDLE AND FLAT OUT NOT WORK AT ALL SOMETIMES. THIS IS ALL WHEN IT IS RAINING OR TRYING TO USE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID TO CLEAN THE WINDSHIELD. *TR
