Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 LEXUS HS250 HYBRID WITH THE ORIGINAL MICHELIN TIRES, LINE SIZE 215/55/R17. THE CONTACT WAS ENTERING A RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY AT MINIMAL SPEED WHEN BOTH PASSENGER SIDE TIRES BLEW. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY OR TRADE THE VEHICLE IN. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED TO REPLACE THE TIRES BUT THE CONTACT DECLINED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 110.
