Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD WINDSTAR. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 2 MPH MAKING A TURN THE VEHICLES FRONT SUB FRAME CRACKED IN HALF. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE SUB FRAME, FRONT STRUTS AND THE FRONT AXLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. SHE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A VIN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,500.
