Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 GMC ENVOY. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED WHEN THE SPEEDOMETER FAILED. THE DEALER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY DID NOT COVER THE REPAIR FOR THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL. ANY REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE CONTACTS EXPENSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
