Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER PACIFICA TOURING. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH AND OTHER SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER, TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTARTED IT; THE POWER STEERING RESET ITSELF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TWICE WHERE THE MOTOR MOUNTS WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,000.
