Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE ACCESSORY BELT BROKE IN THE ENGINE. THE CHARGING SYSTEM LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, INSTRUCTING HER TO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE BELT WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THE DEALER WOULD PERFORM THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4,600.
