TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE TRAVELING AT ANY SPEED THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE HEAD REST WAS CAUSING HEADACHES AND BACK PAINS DUE TO THE FORWARD LEANING POSITION OF THE HEAD REST. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 400. UPDATED 12/23/10*LJ UPDATED 01/04/11
