Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION S. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE HEADREST WERE IN THEIR PROPER FORWARD POSITION, THEY WOULD PUSH THE PASSENGERS HEADS FORWARD AND CAUSE HIM TO LEAN FORWARD. THE HEAD RESTS WERE TURNED BACKWARDS TO ALLEVIATE THE PRESSURE. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE DESIGN OF THE HEADREST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 7,000. UPDATED 09/16-10 *BF UPDATED 09/20/10*JB
