Consumer Description

I WAS BACKING MY 2010 PRIUS OUT OF THE GARAGE AND THE VEHICLE LUNGED QUICKLY WHEN I LET OFF THE BRAKE. WHEN I PRESSED THE BRAKE TO STOP, IT JERKED TO A STOP. I LET OFF THE BRAKE AGAIN AND IT TOOK OFF. THIS PROCESS OF LUNGING AND JERKING REPEATED UNTIL I BACKED ALL THE WAY OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AND PUT THE CAR INTO DRIVE. IT SCARED ME. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE HAVE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR ISSUES.
