TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EGR OIL COOLER FAILED AND NEEDED REPLACING. THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING OUTSIDE OF FACTORY WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
