TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 TOYOTA TUNDRA .THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CROSS MEMBERS SUPPORTING RAIL OF THE TRUCK BED WERE RUSTED. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 92,000.
