Consumer Description

BEGINNING LAST WEEK, ONCE THE CAR HAS BEEN STARTED , IT CANNOT BE SHUT OFF WITH THE KEY. LUCKILY, WE DO NOT GARAGE THIS VEHICLE! WE CAN PUT THE CAR INTO"PARK", BUT THE KEY WILL NOT TURN IN THE IGNITION TO ANY OTHER POSITION, AND THE KEY CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM THE CAR. TO STOP THE CAR, WE PULL A FUSE AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. TO START THE CAR, WE RECONNECT THE BATTERY AND REPLACE THE FUSE. WHILE THIS IS NOT AS LIFE THREATENING AS OTHER VEHICLE PROBLEMS RECENTLY, IT IS WIDE-SPREAD. WHEN I WENT ON-LINE TO FIND A SOLUTION (SATURN SAID ALL OF ITS TECH'S HAD GONE HOME EARLY) I FOUND HUNDREDS OF THE SAME INCIDENT. *TR
