THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR IS FAILING ON MY 2007 DODGE RAM. THERE IS A RECALL ON THE 2008 AND 2009 MODELS. IT NO LONGER OPERATES ON ANYTHING BUT INTERMEDIATE, EVEN WHEN THE KNOB IS ON HIGH. THIS FAILURE HAS CAUSED A DANGEROUS SITUATION. *TR
