Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE NOTICED THAT THERE WAS WATER LEAKING INTO THE CAB OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THE WINDOW SEALANT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR THE WINDOW SEALANT. THE FAILURE RECURRED AFTER THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 39,900.
