SEATBACK RECLINES OR FAILS TO STAY UPRIGHT UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS. MODEST ACCELERATING FROM STOP SIGN CAN CAUSE SEAT BACK TO DRIFT BACKWARDS WITH A DRIVER OF AVERAGE WEIGHT. BOUNCING OVER POTHOLES, GEAR SHIFTS AND DRIVING UP INCLINES HAVE ALSO CAUSED THE SEAT TO FAIL. *TR
